Three offers. Written scope, fixed price.
Each offer has a written scope, a price and a cap on hours. The assessment is the front door. The roadmap and the ongoing advisory are offered after it, or when you ask for them.

A good fit
- A visible technical decision or problem.
- A budget owner on the call.
- No senior architect in-house.
- Willingness to grant read-only, least-privilege access.
Not a fit
- The cheapest coding hours.
- Penetration testing or regulatory sign-off.
- Changes to production systems or on-call support.
- A free diagnosis on a call, or unlimited availability.
- Teams that cannot yet fund a fixed-price review.
How pricing works. Every offer is agreed in writing before work starts, with its scope, deliverables and the access we need. The assessment is priced in euros, excluding third-party costs. The roadmap and the advisory are priced once the scope is clear. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Sometimes the best advice is to reduce scope, change vendor or stop, and we will say so.
Not sure which offer fits?
Describe the situation. We will say which one fits, or whether none do.
